They’ve built careers, families, and lives that others admire, but inside, they’re overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in self-doubt. They struggle to switch off, cope with stress, or manage emotions in a way that feels sustainable. In therapy, I offer structured, evidence-based strategies to make sense of what’s not working. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you build insight, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical tools that you can actually use in day-to-day life.
