I work from a humanistic perspective focusing on person-centred therapy, this means as the client your needs/goals lead our sessions. You can expect a calm space, compassion and humour when necessary. I have a degree in Psychology which supports my work as a therapist, I gained my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling a few years later. I have spent the majority of my professional career working in a women's centre specialising in domestic abuse as well as common mental health problems.
