Based in Central London (near Liverpool Street), I offer in-person and online counselling on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, sexuality, and gender. I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Counselling is a fantastic tool for gaining clarity, processing pain and trauma, and discovering more about ourselves and what it means to be human. It can give us the confidence and resolve to make important life decisions and put us on the path to inner contentment.
