I am a down to earth Counsellor who works with adults, children and young people. If you are interested in talking therapy but keep putting it off or don’t like the idea of “needing” it, I am a good place to start. You may have a firm idea of traumas in your life you’d like to address or you may feel there is nothing in particular but a nagging sense you could function better or feel more at ease in your own mind. I have a cosy garden room in Chapmanslade with plenty of on street parking.
