I work in a 1:1 capacity with children in a non-directive way/child-led. This way of working proves successful as it’s on the child’s terms. I use clinical data plus observable changes to measure outcomes. I have experience within specialist provision and main school settings. I work with children in small groups to help them overcome difficulties they may be having such as low self esteem, friendship difficulties and expressing big emotions.
