I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor. I work for a Bromley Counselling Agency as a Group Supervisor and have a Private Practice for therapy or supervision of Counsellors and Trainees. I previously worked as a Counsellor and Supervisor in a Primary Care Iapt Service. I know that sometimes it can be difficult to deal with our life events, we can feel anxious or troubled, fearful for the future with anxieties that are preventing us from feeling happy and able to cope.
