So now you have decided to start therapy, how will you choose who is the right therapist for you? I’m guessing that you would want to speak to someone in whose presence you feel comfortable, accepted and most importantly, someone who is human. Clients have told me they enjoy seeing someone who has a genuine and warm approach, who is gently challenging and who is professional and reliable. Due to my experience and training, there are a few issues I would call my ‘specialities’.
