I am a qualified Counsellor, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner, and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, with experience working with sexual trauma and what is often described as complex mental health issues. I support children, young people, and adults within a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space. My practice also has wheelchair access. I work integratively, adapting a person-centred approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
