About

I am a psychotherapist and counsellor working with adults, couples, and families across clinical, corporate, and community settings. Alongside private practice, I provide corporate counselling through EAP work, supporting professionals with stress, burnout, relationship concerns, and life transitions within brief, focused frameworks. I also work with addiction-related concerns, with attention to the emotional and relational patterns that often sit underneath coping behaviours. My approach is integrative and relational, drawing from psychodynamic thinking, attachment theory, and cognitive-behavioural work. I am particularly interested in how early relationships, emotional patterns, and lived experiences shape the way individuals relate to themselves and others. I aim to offer a calm, respectful, and thoughtful therapeutic space where people can speak freely, feel understood, and gently explore what may be holding them back. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one that supports reflection, emotional awareness, and small but meaningful shifts toward a more balanced and authentic way of living.
