I'm Sally and I am a counsellor based in both Bishops Cleeve (north of Cheltenham) and central Evesham. I work with adults and young people (10+), in person and online. I use an integrative approach, which means I may draw on your childhood and upbringing to help understand why you may be feeling the way you do, and then focus on how this impacts your day-to-day living. I aim to offer a trusted relationship that allows you to feel safe and open with me.
