Primarily trained as a person centred, psychodynamic counsellor. Training and experience working with CBT and solution focused approach. I also offer eco therapy, aspects mindfulness and working creatively. I am currently studying an MSc in Attachment theory, research and practice, I offer an attachment informed approach where suitable.
