I am a Psychodynamic Counsellor (BACP accredited) and a CBT Psychotherapist (BABCP accredited). I have a psychology background (psychology degree and a post graduate certificate, masters level, in Counselling Psychology, with Distinction, and experience working in an NHS Mental Health psychology department as a therapist). I also worked in NHS Primary Care Psychological Services until retiring in 2011.
