Hello, I am Sara, a fully qualified children and young people’s counsellor and a registered member of the BACP, working with children and young people between the ages of 11-25 years old. I have worked with children and young people for over 20 years. I am an integrative counsellor and use the following modalities which I tailor to best suit the client I am working with: person-centred therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and trauma therapy.
