Counselling or therapy can help to resolve a wide range of issues. You may be feeling sad, angry or depressed; stressed, anxious, stuck in someway or you may be experiencing relationship problems. There is nothing too big or too small to bring to counselling. If it is causing you to feel unhappy, then it is worth exploring. My role, as your counsellor, is to help you work through and come to terms with whatever is causing you distress.
