I offer individual support over the phone and online working with adults and older people. As well as general counselling issues I specialise in bereavement and end of life counselling. I have had many years’ post qualification clinical experience in general counselling providing psychotherapy for issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems and self-esteem. I help people adjust and changes in their lives.
