As a Counselling Psychologist with a past experience of working as a Social Worker, I enjoy working together with people from various family and cultural backgrounds. I have trained and worked most of my adult life in South Africa and have worked in the UK for the NHS in Adult Mental Health services. My professional expertise is now focused on working with adults who want to understand and make sense of their personal difficulties and challenges so that they can understand more about their feelings, thoughts and patterns of behaving that keep them stuck in repetitive or maladaptive cycles that are ultimately not as healthy as they would like them to be. I offer inperson sessions in my office in Ballito and Online therapy.
