I work with adults of all ages (there is no upper age-limit for achieving change in therapy), and specialise in resolving issues related to trauma and PTSD. I have particular expertise in supporting those on the autistic spectrum, and adults who went to boarding school. I see clients at my clinic in Hay-on-Wye, and also by online video.
