I work with individuals both in-person and online. I work with adults, and with young people aged 12 and above. I usually work in an open-ended manner but can also work to a deadline if needed. Before committing to a session I would offer a free consultation over the phone to carry out an initial assessment and to check that we both feel we are able to work together.
