Hello, I’m Sarah Stickland, a BACP-registered counsellor with a First-Class Honours Degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling from Middlesex University. My personal experience with counselling has shown me the value of having a dedicated space to work through life’s difficulties, and it inspired my own journey into this field.
