I am an experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor and EMCC Accredited Coach with over 20 years working with adults and young people with a wide range of issues, including addictions and compulsions, abuse, anxiety, anger management, assertiveness, bereavement, loss, building confidence, coping with worries and fears, family dynamics and general personal improvement & development. I use an Integrative approach, which simply means my initial training incorporated a range of theoretical models.
