About

Growing up in India and coming from a close-knit Muslim family, I developed an early understanding of the emotional pressures that come with balancing cultural values, personal goals, and societal expectations. My years in the corporate world further deepened this understanding, exposing me to the realities of work stress, performance pressure, family responsibilities, and inner burnout. Today, with over 14 years of experience as a therapist, I work primarily with individuals navigating emotional struggles, anxiety, overthinking, life stress, and relationship challenges. Much of my work involves helping people make sense of their inner world while carrying cultural, family, and personal expectations. My approach is grounded, culturally sensitive, and emotionally focused. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, reflect, and speak honestly. Therapy, for me, is not about quick fixes or surface solutions. It is about understanding patterns, healing emotional blocks, and building inner stability, clarity, and emotional strength. At its core, therapy is about connection. Helping you understand yourself more deeply, regulate your emotions better, and move forward with greater peace, direction, and self-trust.
