About

Hi, I’m Aman! Located in the South Edmonton and Leduc Area, I offer virtual and in-person sessions, along with a free 15-min consult if you’re unsure or have questions. Having completed my Bachelor of International Development, Bachelor of Social Work and Masters of Social Work in Community Development through the University of Calgary, my education and experience allows me to successfully help my clients deal with sadness, anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief and disconnection. My areas of focus are men’s mental, first generation and new resident therapy, and couple’s counselling. I also specialize in work stress management, elderly care management, life transitions, and grief & loss. I have over 15 years of experience and developed skills in emotional and empathetic support therapy through relational and narrative counselling, and solution & strength based therapy with cultural sensitivity. If you are feeling low and struggling with your own mental health, work stress, relationships or major life change, I urge you to reach out to someone you can talk to without the fear of being judged. Once you make a move, know that anything is possible when there is a safe space to open up and see that clarity, self acceptance and stability is achievable.
