About

Do you find yourself overthinking every interaction, replaying conversations, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions? Are you caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, low self-worth, or painful relationship cycles that feel impossible to break? I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, addiction, ADHD, OCD, trauma, overthinking, relationship distress, and intergenerational wounds. I offer online therapy throughout Canada and offer culturally responsive in-person therapy in Vaughan and Mississauga (Ontario), supporting individuals and couples from diverse cultural, racial, and religious backgrounds at every stage of life. I provide specialized trauma therapy for survivors of domestic violence, emotional abuse, bullying, relational, parental, and childhood trauma, and I help couples move from conflict and disconnection toward emotional safety, trust, and true partnership. My work integrates evidence-based approaches including IFS, somatic therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Gottman Method, EFT, ACT, DBT-informed, and CBT. My approach is trauma-informed, deeply relational, and grounded in real change; never cold, distant, or purely clinical. I use humor, visuals, metaphors, and practical tools to make therapy collaborative, empowering, and real, because meaningful healing doesn’t have to happen in silence on a couch.
