About

As a South Asian therapist, I recognize the unique intersection of identity, family dynamics, and cultural expectations that often shape our experiences. My therapeutic approach integrates compassion, cultural awareness, and evidence-based practices to create a safe, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome. I work collaboratively with clients to explore intergenerational patterns, heal from emotional wounds, and build self-trust and confidence. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the complexities of cultural identity, my goal is to empower you to reconnect and realign to your true self. I work collaboratively with my clients by integrating a therapeutic approach that is tailored to their particular needs, while using a feminist, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and client centered framework. I provide psychotherapy services for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/family stress, and challenges with identity and self-esteem. I am dedicated to cultivating a safe and non judgemental space for clients to transform their emotional pain into strength, self-actualization, and fulfillment on their journey towards healing and returning back to themselves. If you would like to connect, please feel free to get in touch by email or phone.
