A distinctive blend of clinical expertise, research insight, and compassionate presence is Gurleen’s signature blend as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Anti-Racism Educator. Grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and socially just frameworks, she meets each client where they are and collaborates with them to foster self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change. Known for her warmth, empathy, and calm presence, Gurleen creates a therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely safe, heard, and supported. She thoughtfully integrates a range of modalities, including Narrative Therapy, the Response-Based Framework, neuroscience, and mindfulness-based practices, tailoring each approach to reflect the unique needs of those she works with. In addition to her private practice, Gurleen is a PhD candidate whose research focuses on promoting mental well-being through psychological approaches.
