My approach to therapy is person-centred, relational, and integrative, meaning I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs, experiences, and pace. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where we create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and make sense of areas in your life that feel challenging. Whether you feel overwhelmed, are navigating a transition or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to walk alongside you. I am a BACP-registered therapist with a master’s in counselling psychology. My experience of 2000+ hours of working with individuals in the UK and India has trained me to support adults and young people through challenges such as anxiety, low mood, identity exploration, challenging family dynamics, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
