Do you find yourself constantly caught between the pull of the past and the worries of the future? Many people describe feeling like they’re moving through life on autopilot, weighed down by overthinking, low mood, or the pressure to keep everyone else happy. You might notice people-pleasing tendencies, difficulty maintaining boundaries, or a pattern of “overgiving” that leaves you drained, ungrounded, and disconnected from yourself. If this sounds familiar, we may be a good fit. Here, you’ll find a warm, calm space where your feelings are validated and your voice genuinely matters. Together, we’ll explore what fuels your distress, engage in deep processing work, and gently uncover the deeper experiences and patterns shaping your emotional world. Alongside this, we’ll build practical tools to regulate your nervous system, ease your symptoms in the present, and help you move through life with greater clarity, steadiness, and a growing sense of inner safety. For many people, finding a therapist who truly understands their cultural background can be a challenge. As a South Asian therapist, I bring the richness of three cultures, four languages, and the rare perspective of being both a first- and third-generation immigrant. These lived experiences allow me to deeply empathize with the immigrant journey across generations, as well as the ways culture, family expectations, and identity can shape mental health. No matter your background or story, I aim to meet you with genuine understanding, respect, and compassion. How I Work When you step into therapy with me, you’ll find a calm, safe, and judgment-free space where your voice is central. I will listen closely, honour the wisdom you already carry, and collaborate with you to create a plan that aligns with your personal goals and values. We will move at a pace that feels right for you. I work with adults (18+) on a wide range of concerns, including: Anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout Low motivation, self-doubt, and perfectionism Self-esteem, people-pleasing tendencies, and identity issues Relationship and trust concerns Attachment-based and intergenerational trauma Life transitions and major changes ADHD, neurodivergence, and mood disorders Many clients come to me seeking not just relief from symptoms, but also a deeper understanding of themselves — how past experiences and trauma have shaped their worldview, patterns of responding, and sense of self. Therapy is a space to reflect, grow, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. Inclusive & Culturally Sensitive Care I have worked with individuals from many cultural, spiritual, and religious backgrounds, and I always strive to tailor therapy to each person’s unique context. I proudly stand as an ally to LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, offering an inclusive and affirming space where every part of you is welcome. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and culturally sensitive — never one-size-fits-all. In every session, I prio
