About

Hi, I’m Manya. I’m a therapist with an undergraduate degree from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University, and an MSc in Psychology from University College London (UCL). I understand that life can be complex and confusing, and that having a warm, empathetic, and supportive space to navigate it can be incredibly helpful. In our sessions, we’ll unpack the stories, memories, and relationships that have shaped you. We’ll gently explore how your past—particularly childhood experiences, family dynamics, and key relationships—continues to shape your present. This deeper understanding can help you make new choices, build stronger relationships, and connect more fully with your authentic self. I primarily work with adolescents and adults using a psychodynamic lens, while weaving in narrative, person-centred, and relational ideas. My experience includes supporting people through childhood trauma, grief, life transitions, attachment patterns, interpersonal concerns, and questions around identity, career, purpose and self-development. Care, compassion, and connection are at the heart of my work. My therapy room is designed to foster safety, trust, learning, and growth. My goal is to deeply understand your world and support you in building a more fulfilling and aligned life. If you feel that you resonate with my approach and would like to explore the possibility of working together, please complete this brief form.
