Many of us learned from a young age to stay strong, stay quiet, and keep going — even when everything on the inside felt heavy. Maybe you were the responsible one, the peacekeeper, the sensitive child who noticed everything but didn’t have space to express your own needs. Now, as an adult, you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or carrying emotional burdens you’ve never had the chance to unpack. You’re not alone — and nothing about you is “too much.” I understand the invisible expectations, the pressure to keep the family together, the guilt around setting boundaries, and the silence around mental health. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, people-pleasing, emotional sensitivity, childhood wounds, and complex family or relationship dynamics. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and deeply grounding. Using IFS, somatic work, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and inner child healing, I help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the parts of you that learned to shrink, hide, or stay strong for everyone else. My goal is to create a space where you finally feel safe to be honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself — without judgment, pressure, or expectations. This is your space to unlearn survival mode, release generational patterns, and reconnect with a calmer, more confident version of you. If you’re ready for healing that honours both your emotions and your cultural story, I’d be honoured to support you.
