I work with South Asian women in their 20s and early 30s who, on the outside, have so much to be proud of, but internally may struggle with feelings of overwhelm, questions about self-worth or dating and relationship challenges. Your day to day might also involve balancing everyone else’s needs, which can sometimes make it feel like you so rarely get to fully prioritize yourself. As an integrative therapist, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space that allows for open dialogue. By blending research backed attachment and trauma-informed practices, we’ll collaborate to make sense of your feelings and reframe unhelpful narratives. I also value honoring your unique pace, moving in a way that feels right & comfortable for you. If you’ve read this far, I want to acknowledge that starting therapy is never easy. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health space and as a South Asian therapist working specifically with South Asian women, I aim to make the therapy process as judgement-free and safe for my clients as possible. I welcome the chance to connect & explore further.
