I hope to provide a safe, non-judgmental space, that will allow you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Therapy can provide insight and understanding into many of life’s experiences. I would like to use my knowledge and experience to work with you and to provide the necessary support and skills, to successfully meet your goals. I specialize in helping women and couples navigate pregnancy and parenthood. I have worked with clients struggling with peripartum, and/or postpartum anxiety and depression. I am also passionate about working with adults and young adults dealing with challenging life transitions, while navigating generational and cultural conflict. I have worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years and have worked in a variety of different areas within psychiatry. This knowledge of the mental health system as well as psychiatric medications, helps me provide a holistic and knowledgeable approach to therapy while collaborating with other healthcare providers. I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of British Columbia, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Psychiatric Nursing. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), and Approved Clinical Supervisor Candidate ACS-C. This practice is a safe space for all individuals, 2SLGBTQI+ inclusive.
