Hello, I’m Raisa – the clinical director of Nirvana Circle Therapy, a London-based collective of independent, trauma-informed clinicians. My practice reflects a thoughtful understanding of the intersections between race, culture, and gender, with a particular focus on supporting the psychological wellbeing of individuals and families from historically marginalized communities. I offer culturally attuned, relational, and depth-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families seeking to actively break intergenerational and relational patterns. My approach is grounded in cultural humility and clinical depth, honouring the complexity of each client’s lived experience. I am an Indian-origin psychologist living in London, and I have worked in diverse clinical roles in both India and the UK. These identities & experiences inform my therapeutic approach and help me work thoughtfully with cultural identity, relational contexts, transitions, & systemic challenges. I also offer comprehensive adult ADHD assessment and diagnosis.
