About

I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I self identify as South Asian Indian American, queer, cis-female, mixed caste BIPOC. A primary focus of my practice is to decolonize wellness by creating community and accessibility in healing for BIPOC. I share with my clients my respect and excitement about the power of this work! I recognize the ways our lives can feel fragmented apart when our internal or environmental stress is at its worst. I utilize different treatment methods, and we choose the right-fit approach for you. For those who have endured relationship traumas, our work can attend to the needs of the body, brain, emotions, and the nervous system. I support you to explore experiences, and the next level process – to build language to talk about those thoughts and feelings. From that understanding, a plan usually arises – we can choose strategies to soothe and move ourselves forward. I have especial emphasis on counseling with women and non binary people of color, queer identified community, immigrant and South Asian identified communities, and with trauma impacted adults and children. I am honored to support your goals and hopes, and find the pathways together toward calm, purpose, and joy!
