About

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who you are, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and gently begin again. You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, identity questions, life transitions, or relationship difficulties. Or perhaps you’re carrying experiences that haven’t yet had a place to land – feelings that have gone unseen, unheard, or unspoken. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome. As a qualified Integrative Counsellor (MBACP), I draw on different therapeutic methods and tailor sessions to you as an individual. I work collaboratively and relationally, helping you feel heard, understood, and supported, while gently exploring patterns, emotions, and ways forward that feel right for you. I draw from psychodynamic, body psychotherapy, humanistic, existential, and transpersonal approaches. This means we may explore your past shapes your present, tend to thoughts, feelings and sensations through embodied or creative explorations, and consider wider cultural, spiritual or community influences on your sense of wellbeing. I aim to create a space that feels Calm, safe, and confidential Inclusive and culturally sensitive Respectful of your values, identity, and lived experience I work with on a long-term, open-ended basis or for short term, time-limited work depending on what feels most supportive for you. I offer both in-person and online sessions, and I provide a free introductory call so you can ask questions and see if I’m the right fit for you before committing. If you’re considering therapy and want a space where you can be yourself and feel supported, I’d be glad to hear from you.
