I work with South Asian adults and couples navigating life transitions, identity questions, and the quiet pressure to “do well” while still feeling disconnected or unfulfilled in their lives or relationships. Many of the people I support are balancing multiple worlds, such as family expectations, cultural values, career demands, relationships, and their own inner sense of meaning. On the outside, things may look stable or successful, yet internally, there can be burnout, guilt, confusion, or a feeling of being stuck between who you are and who you’re supposed to be. My approach is reflective, collaborative, and values-based. I help clients explore deeper questions around identity, purpose, relationships, money, and self-worth, and how these may be shaped by cultural conditioning, intergenerational dynamics, and significant life transitions. This can include navigating family pressure, redefining success, working through relationship or career shifts, and reconnecting with your own values and inner voice. I aim to offer a space that feels thoughtful, grounded, and culturally attuned so you don’t need to over-explain your background or minimize parts of yourself. I aim to partner with you to understand yourself better and make intentional choices that align with who you are becoming. I offer virtual therapy across Canada, as well as in-person sessions in the GTA/York Region.
