Hi, I’m Suni. Finding a therapist can be really confusing and daunting. Especially when life can throw changes, whether welcomed or unexpected, leaving us unsettled and stuck. I offer a safe and grounded place for you to work through the struggles and the pain with self-compassion, helping you to connect with who you are again. If you are living with trauma and anxiety, I offer tools to process traumatic events, quiet the arguments in your mind, manage overwhelming thoughts, and create a sense of calm and control. I also support complex PTSD, low self worth, menopause, bereavement and more – with people from different backgrounds. I hold space as a British South Asian, aware of the inner self and cultural conflicts. As a compassionate and grounded integrative therapist, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. Healing is not linear, and I meet each client where they are – with empathy, patience, and genuine presence. My approach is integrative, drawing from mindfulness, somatic and creative practices to support emotional regulation. Whether you’re coping with recent events or longstanding patterns I work with you to explore your world at a pace that feels safe and empowering. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation where we see if we can work together. 1 hour assessment, further sessions are 50 minutes. Sessions can be short or long term.
