Being truly seen and heard can be transformative. I offer a safe, warm, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, reflect on your thoughts and feelings, and find ways to move forward at your own pace. I provide online and telephone counselling for young people (16+), adults, and older adults, welcoming clients from all backgrounds, including: • LGBTQIA+ individuals • People from diverse cultural backgrounds • People of South Asian heritage I work with people navigating trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges, helping them reconnect with themselves, process difficult experiences, and find strategies that feel right for their lives. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centred. I listen intuitively to what matters most to you and tailor each session to your needs, whether that’s a single session, short-term support, or longer-term therapy. My aim is to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported, somewhere you can be yourself and work towards greater clarity, balance, and wellbeing. I hold an MSc in Trauma-Informed Practice (in progress), a BA (Hons) in Counselling, and an FdA in Counselling. My training includes Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, NLP, Brief Therapy (including work with children and young people), and Trauma-Informed Practice. I have extensive experience supporting clients online and by telephone with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and personal growth. I often work with people who feel caught between who they’ve been told to be and who they truly are, navigating identity, family, cultural pressures, and the search for belonging and authenticity. I specialise in trauma-informed care, helping you understand how trauma shows up in the body, mind, and spirit. Together, we find balance, safety, and connection through awareness and regulation. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”; it’s about recognising your resilience and reclaiming the parts of you that were silenced. My work also honours how trauma intertwines with identity, culture, and family, bringing clarity, compassion, and self-trust to your healing journey. If this resonates, get in touch.
