Hello. I'm Savita and I run a thriving private practice in Sutton Coldfield where I offer a space to talk, connect, feel & breathe. Serenity Counselling and Psychotherapy was founded based on my 20 years as a practising therapist MBACP (Accred) and 30 years of experience in the helping professions. It developed from my love of supporting adults and young people to living more peaceful lives. My goal is to offer you a confidential, safe & warm space to work through your difficulties.
