I am an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist based in London, offering individual and couples therapy. My work draws from psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential traditions, combining both traditional and experiential ways of working. I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London, completing eight years of training and a research master’s in association with the University of Northampton. I later trained as a couples therapist at the NAOS Institute and studied dreamwork with the Dream Research Institute. I started my private practice six years ago. My wider clinical experience includes work in prisons, bereavement services, and a placement at Maudsley Hospital. I have also carried out research into suicide bereavement and continue to facilitate groups for people affected by it. I work in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and support clients from a wide range of backgrounds and identities. Outside of work, I’m drawn to the quieter side of life — nature, pottery, archery, and cooking help me stay present to the richness of the everyday.
