My approach is deep and holistic. I support individuals in creating meaningful change by helping them understand themselves more fully. I help with a variety of problems including stress, burnout, depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, loneliness, self-esteem, trauma, emotion regulation, existential issues, and managing chronic pain and life transitions. I use a few different modalities, including emotion-focused therapy, existential therapy, and person-centred therapy.
