If you're looking for a serious, quiet, dressed in a suit therapist, I'm not for you. Whilst my interventions and approach are tailored to a client's specific needs, I'm always the same. I enjoy humour and laughing in a session, especially when we can recognise it's not being used as a defence. I believe the answers to most of our dilemmas aren't complicated and find tremendous beauty in simplicity.
