I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with my practice firmly grounded in Humanistic Counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapies with professional qualifications and training in both, as well as additional therapeutic modalities. As a Professional Counsellor I take part in regular CPD (Continuing Professional Development) days so my knowledge and experience is constantly updated.
