My name is Simon Heyes, and I am a BACP-registered integrated counsellor with a Level 4 qualification in Integrated Counselling and a degree in Counselling, Psychology and Psychotherapy. Being “integrated” means I draw from different therapeutic approaches and adapt them to suit your individual needs, rather than following one fixed method. This allows me to work flexibly, supporting you in a way that feels personal, respectful, and effective.
