I qualified as a hypnotherapist in 2011 and have worked in private practice since then. Over time I have added post graduate qualifications in psychology and integrative counselling and psychotherapy as well as a practitioner qualification in mindfulness based cognitive therapy. I have also attended workshops on compassion focussed therapy and mindful self-compassion. Therapy is a great place to build your self awareness and get to know who you are underneath the anxiety symptoms.
