Welcome, my name is Sofia (she/they) I am a humanistic person-centred counsellor who values the unique and individual perspective each client brings to the counselling space. My practice is anti-oppressive, neuro-affirming, inclusive, and trauma informed. I pride myself on working in collaboration with each individual to create an environment which is free from judgement or expectation. I am a queer, disabled, neurodivergent individual who lives and works in these communities.
