Welcome! I am Sofia, a fully qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor & Psychotherapist (MA) working with adults and children. I am originally from Greece that lived also in Portugal for a while and I now live in the UK. Wherever I have lived, I have always experienced a profound commonality between people. The fact that none of us is immune to emotional pain. And that it is never easy to bear that pain alone. The traumatic experiences, the anxiety, the intense emotions or grief.
