My path into therapy has been shaped by a natural curiosity about human behaviour and emotion. I spent five years immersed in the study of Psychology and Counselling, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University, followed by an MSc in Counselling Studies from the University of Edinburgh. This academic foundation, combined with meaningful experience in therapeutic settings, has shaped my approach to working with clients in thoughtful and responsive ways. I work with individuals, couples, and families around life transitions, anxiety, grief, career pressures, and relationship concerns.
