Therapy tends to be considered when a person is experiencing difficulties or problems that have a significant effect on a persons everyday life and where other approaches have been tried without success. I have been able to develop my own integrative model of what I believe it is to be a human being and why we may come to need therapy. My model is both developmental and relational and uses Gestalt theory and attachment.
