I’m Sophie, a qualified person centred counsellor, and I hold sessions at Leaf Health in Llandudno and Colwyn Bay. Sessions also can be held via Zoom. Having had experience in working with clients with a variety of issues, I help people develop a deeper understanding, of their stress, overwhelm and anxiety, and collaborate with them to look at ways to overcome and reduce the impact on their lives.
