I usually have up to 3 introductory sessions. These sessions give you the opportunity to decide whether I am the right therapist for you, and what our work together might feel like. During these sessions we collaboratively create and agree a plan for our sessions. Sessions may be held over the short or long term. We periodically review our progress and reflect together on how things are going.
